I had a decent stay at this hotel, especially given its fantastic location near Times Square. The rooms were spacious enough for my family, but the shower left a lot to be desired. The dining options were a bit pricey for what they offered, but we found some good places nearby to explore instead.

The room was a nice size for the three of us, located on the 39th floor, which offered some great views. However, the cleanliness was a bit inconsistent, and the shower pressure was quite weak, which was disappointing.

The hotel is centrally located right in the heart of Times Square, making it easy to explore. The views from the rooms are absolutely stunning, especially if you're on a higher floor. However, the service left a lot to be desired, with long wait times and unhelpful staff at times. Overall, it's a solid choice for exploring NYC, but improvements in service would elevate the experience significantly.
